You create multiple seeds of images, say in Photoshop, then you import them, create a big movie clip, create a movie clip for each one of them (the more you have the better it will look) place them nicely. Now the most important - YOU DEFINE THE ALPHA for each, making it look like one is beneath the other, then (I hope you have placed each in a diff layer) you animate their motion. Done.

does anyone have a tutorial on this? I have seen some cloud animation tutorials on flashkit.com but they are not even close to how 2advanced has it. If anyone has some writings on this...please share!! =)

    Thanks.

It really isn't that hard. Capture some video of some clouds rolling by.
Edit the size and speed and export the frames as JPG's, then import them and
create an MC. The ones used on the 2Advanced site are sequencial photos,
they aren't created in PS. If you just have to create the clouds yourself,
then SilicoNblOOd gave you a good start. Just remember that when you define
your alpha channels, you have to save or export as a PNG to be able to use
    the alpha back in Flash.

This is a piece of video imported into Flash. And they did a great job of
    making the loop seamless.
