Delete the file and leave it deleted. Go to your antivirus website
for complete instructions on removal of all traces of the infection.

There is no file cmd32.exe. This is a file the virus placed on your machine.
Try booting into safe mode, and running your virus scan repair. Alos do a
search for cmd32 on Nortons website. They have a removal tool.
