Default CMYK values change when exporting to EPS in Acro Pro v6.0.5

My department has two Mac G5s with Acrobat Pro 6.0.5. Each machine has all settings the same when exporting PDFs to EPS... which is primarilly what we run in our production environment. One of the systems is fine, however the EPSs generated from the second one, have altered CMYK values. Is there some setting we're ignoring? I even copied the color profile from the other machine to make sure that our color sync is compatible.

    Thanks for any help.

How are you determining that the CMYK values are different?

    Hello Steve
By Distilling the EPS to PDFs and then reading the values in the PDFs
with Enfocus Pitstop. Both of these functions are performed on the good G5. These differences are confirmed on our production 4 color Xerox printers, which is why we're researching this issue.

    Thanks

All settings within the SAVE AS settings are identical across the two systems.

I just went into the advanced pull down and noticed that on this system, it has "proof colors" selected. Unchecked it and now all seems well. Is it possible that this would cause this issue?
