Coding Standards & Code Reviews?

Aside from inplementing a framework like fusebox or mach, what type of coding
standards has anyone implemented within a development group. I am looking to
implement some coding standards amongst my team as well as utillize codes
reviews. I would like to hear what some people may use or have any suggestions
on.

As for code review, when I worked at GetThere (Sabre) we were required to
have three other developers review our code. At least two would have to confirm
the code's integrity before it could be checked into source control. Depending
on the size of your development team, you can adjust review/pass numbers
accordingly.
