If you are looking for a CMS, I think we are required to recommend Macromedia Contribute 3 :D

Contribute is not really a CMS. It shares some characteristics with a CMS
but I think the term CMS implies a heck of a lot more.

Who is "requiring" you to reccomend it?

as its this kind of thing that makes website way too easy too exploit!

CommonSpot by Paperthin is an extremely powerful CMS and is Coldfusion based. You can add your own custom coldfusion to it which is an excellent feature. It doe scosts big bucks though :(

Take a look at AssetNow NX (http://www.assetnow.com) - W3C standards compliant
including XHTML 1.0 strict and 1.1.

Unicode and supports localization using bundle files.

Integrated Verity search of CMS pages and searchable files.

Public and private site sections. Flexible permissions based on users, groups,
roles.

Integrated XHTML editor supports drag/drop and copy/paste of images and files
into the editor, the images and files are automatically uploaded to the server
using web services.

Also has a Java upload applet for easy transfer of multiple and very large
files (+100MB )

Java upload applet also allows client-side scaling of images to suit a number
of preset sizes.

Examples of extending: http://www.assetnow.com/anx/index.cfm/1,10,html

Documentation: http://www.assetnow.com/anx/index.cfm/1,37,html

Designing a site with AssetNow NX:

The price for gerobase (without flash source files) is 395$ per website.
The price for the complete package with flash source files included is not
define yet, tell my how much you will pay for such thing !, i'm interested
to know.
All big addons (forum, mailing, ...) will be around 100/200$,small will get
free.
And why doesn't it have any price and compare, because i'm just a lonely
man, managing websites, managing projects, writing code... But I'm
promissing that everything will be ok at gerorama for the end of the month,
will be my prior work.

Really sorry about that, but it seems that a good guy is consumming all odbc
connection on the shared host server (doing enormous queries or bad done
queries),
i hope this will be fixed soon, it's really annoying.
