Coldfusion MX 7 and Tomcat on windows xp
Hi,
I'm having terrible time installing the CFMX 7 on windows xp with Apache
Tomcat (tried both 4 and 5). I select the "Server Configuration" in the
installer configuration screen, but then, on the "Add a web server" screen,
after I select Apache Tomcat from the dropdown, CFMX installer asks me for a
configuration directory and server binary for my tomcat. The server binary is
obviously tomcat5.exe. However, the configuration directory tries to find a
file called httpd.conf, which does not exist ANYWHERE on my tomcat installation
or computer.
I tried to install both tomcat 4 and 5 and the problem remains. If I create an
empty httpd.conf file and place it in the conf dir of tomcat, the installer
tells me I got an unsupported version of tomcat.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
