ColdFusion MX 7 Extensions for Dreamweaver 8
Is there a new installation for ColdFusion MX 7 Extensions that are compatible
with Dreamweaver 8? The Extension installation that comes on the Dreamweaver 8
CD will not install because it says it is incompatible.

I believe that "incompatible" error that you are receiving is because
the ColdFusion MX 7 extensions were incorporated in DW8, so they are no
longer necessary to in stall (and cause problems if you do).
Could that be the case?
