ColdFusion MX 7 ODBC Server is hanging

I have just migrated our sites to MX 7 from 5 and 6.1 About once a day the
ODBC Service hangs and has to be restarted. I have built a script that stops
and starts the server when the websites hang but I am not able to track down
what is causing this. I have looked through all the logs and have turned on
the logging for swcla from the technote here:

The hang occurs at random times making me think it might be a specific query
that is being run but there are a lot of queries. No code has changed from the
move to 7.0 and we never had problems with this before. Can anyone point me
in a direction to at least determine what might be causing the problem or how
to get more verbose logging in order to better pinpoint the problem?

Were you able to resolve this issue. I have a similar problem.

Get a thread dump when it's hung (technote 18339).

You can also upgrade to the latest Sequelink.

but it would be best to diagnose the problem first with the thread dump.

I installed the update a week ago, and I haven't had it hang on me since. Hopefully the issue is now solved. Thanks for the tip.
