ColdFusion MX 7 Search Service won' t Start

I running Coldfusion MX 7 on IIS 5.0 and the Coldusion MX 7 service won't
start within the services manager. In the cfadmin, the verity section give the
follow error...

Unable to retrieve collections from the Search Service.
Please verify that the ColdFusion MX Search Server is installed and running.

I have run the vertiy install bat file which successfull says from the command
line that verity has started. Yet when I go the cf admin it continues to give
the above message. And my verity collections are not working.


Any help in solving this issue would be helpful.

Here is some additional detail on the error. I went into nt service called
"Search Service" and copied the comand line it uses into cmd window and got the
following error.....
