Collation Problem - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

One is SQL collation the other is Windows.     The advice you gave worked. Thank you very much.
    Is there a way to make the Windows collation to SQL collation?
    I tried using Rebuild Master Utility (BOL suggestion). But there is only one
    option of Latin collation

    Hey Bart,

    Thanks for answering the post...

    John, if you follow Bart's suggestion, you're changing the default collation
    for your entire server. Since you're on sql2k, you have all control on
    collation down to the column level. You might want to take the look at
    "alter database/table/column" in sql book online for syntax on setting/alter
    collation.
