Color Quark file converting to grayscale pdf
My husband has Quark 6.5 and Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0. He is trying to convert a color Quark file to a color pdf. However the pdf file ends up in grayscale, instead of color. Is there a setting somewhere to fix this issue?
The OS is Mac OS 10.3.9.

Re: Color Quark file converting to grayscale pdf
Hi,
The first thing I would check would be the Print window in Quark. Under the Output tab, there is a section called "Print Colors." Have him double check that this is not set to black and white or grayscale.
