    Default coloring scrollbars?

A while ago, someone mentioned an extension that makes it possible to color
the browser scrollbars, that included a little display that showed what was
what (scrollbar face color, scrollbar hilight color, etc); can anyone
repoint me at it please? It's not the one from Public Domain . . .

Be aware tho, it only is interpreted in IE 5 and 5.5...I don't think 6 will be able to interprite it.

Then I guess it's supported in Ver. 6 as well, but it's only supported in IE..not in any other browser.

It's a proprietary MS-feature for user irritation and only supported
by IE. It's not part of the official standard (and hopefully it never
    will).

It only works in IE6 if you don't use a complete DOCTYPE definition
    such as:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
