    Default Colour Seperation in 11?

Hello, just upgraded from 10 to 11. Part of my job is to check all the colour seperations before i send it to the printer....so I have to be absolutely right on this. In 10, I could use a dummy Postscript devoice and then use the "Seperation setup", and then create a PDF....this would show all the pantones (all in black of course, but that doesnt matter) as I have Distiller running in the background. But no matter what, 11 only creates a PDF in full colour, and wont show the needed info (each Pantone seperate)? Is there some way to create a PDF, and show exactly where the pantones are? Thanks.

Good deal. I was a bit muddled when I noticed the seperation setup was gone too.
