We have a Win2000 Com+ package that supports transactions.

Installing this same package & settings on Win2003 results
in Unable to enlist ... transaction errors.

Thinking that maybe the services neede to run under the
same acounts has resulted in COM+ explorer not exposing
any details of the package, and invoking one of the
components methods now results in
