Yes. In a couple of different ways depending on what it is exactly you want to do.
It's all in the help manual.

I want to take 4 pdf files, and save them so when the next person opens them, they are all on one pdf file and they just go from page to page.

Open Acrobat. Go to File>Create PDF>From File. Choose the files you want to combine.
