Default combining multiple pages into one page with no loss of data

I don't no when it happened but we used to be able to combine our letter head with other documents pretty easily. here's how we did it.

Open Acrobat. Hit File>Create PDF>From Multiple Files.

When the new window opens click on the choose button to choose the documents you wish to combine. When you have selected the document, click on the add button. Go though this process until you’ve chosen every document you need for your pdf.

Once you have selected everything you need, hit the OK button.

Now save the new document in the appropriate location.

Go into the new document and select the touch up object tool. (It’s an arrow in a square.)

Do NOT click on the individual pages. Things get screwy if you do this at this point.

Using the arrow keys at the bottom of the window, scroll to the body of the letter, estimate, etc. that you want to put on the letterhead. Hit command a, then command c.

Now, using the arrow keys at the bottom, scroll to the letterhead and hit command v. The body should fall into place properly. If you need to move it a little, just select only the portion you want to move by drawing a box around it with the touch up object tool and use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move it around. (Or you can just use your mouse to drag it around.) If you mess up, just hit command z. Use the grid to help you: command + u or View>Grid.

Now go into the pages menu on the left side of the window. Using your mouse, control click on the blank pages that need to be deleted. Select delete pages from the pop up menu.

    Save.

It doesn't work anymore and adobe has no answers at all.

    Anyone with any idea's

Default Re: combining multiple pages into one page with no loss of data

    Try this:
go to the menu bar Tools > Show touch up toolbar
select the "touch up object tool"
go to page with content you want to copy
drag marquee around object, should highlight yellow (command A doesnt work)
    copy (or cut)
    go to page with letterhead
    paste
    move around if need be

works for me in Acro 7.07
