comic plugin/filter/effect
hi all...
i've seen photos that got through some kind of filter or plugins and then a human photo gets converted to a comic-like photo just like those animations in the movie "final fantasy". Can anyone tell me what the name of that plugin is?
Thanks a million!

Re: comic plugin/filter/effect
the guy who invents it is going to be rich! I don't think such a plugin exists kevin, what you're seeing is either hand drawn or done in a 3d modeling program then finished off in photoshop. but if you find it let me know cuz I'll buy one!
