Command Error

hello there this is my first time on this forum and i hope i can find the help that i need :-)

Ex: i open Dreamweaver and when i try to create a new web photo album and try to open the command window the following error pops up!

The following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
Unable to open script file "../..Shared/MM/Scripts/CMN/file.js" (error 3)

What is wrong with this picture here????

I'm not to savy about this product but i have the basics covered and i have the web photo album extention installed,etc

can anybody help me ??? :-(

A Google search seems to implicate this one -

It is apparently caused by this extension:

Add FormMail Version 0.1.0 command by Paul Davis

Use Extension Manager to UNINSTALL it.
