Command Line query of SCO/UnixWare license data? - SCO

Hi, I'm trying to compile a list of all of our SCO machines and their associated license data. Mostly they are UnixWare 7.1.1. I'm looking for a command I can enter that will return License#/License Code/License Data. I ran LSQuery, but the output is very difficult to read, with curly-braces {} all over the place. Anyone know of a command I can use? I'm trying to avoid logging into every machine and running scoadmin. Thanks in advance, Ben...

Default Command Line query of SCO/UnixWare license data?

    Hi,

I'm trying to compile a list of all of our SCO machines and their
associated license data. Mostly they are UnixWare 7.1.1.

I'm looking for a command I can enter that will return
    License#/License Code/License Data.

I ran LSQuery, but the output is very difficult to read, with
curly-braces {} all over the place.

Anyone know of a command I can use? I'm trying to avoid logging into
    every machine and running scoadmin.

    Thanks in advance,
    Ben

    Ben,

SCO does not provide a command that returns the License code or
    License Data.

    Ben,

SCO does not provide a command or sytem call that provides the
License code nad/or data for a system. This is intentional, ie
    by design.

    Sorry,

    John

    Try:
    brand -L
It will not return the License Data, but the serial number and license
    code are there.

    http://docsrv.caldera.com:507/en/man/html.ADM/brand.ADM.html

-L Produce a list of existing licenses and product information. This
list includes information on each license's product ID, version,
License Number, annotation field, start date, and expiration date.
This list also includes the product name, version, description and
default License Data string for all licenses on the system except SCO
User Licenses and SCO SMP Licenses.
