If you're using KDE

Applications>System>Terminal Program (Konsole)

I've just noticed that the Applications menu contains the option "Run
Command". I've just upgraded to KDE 3.5.1 and I'm pretty sure it wasn't
there before - but my memory isn't what it was, I think!
