comments versus highlights printing
When one (1) makes comments on a document and (2) highlights certain areas, the Comment Summary treats highlights as comments and lists both comments and highlights.
This means that printing a List of Comments results in a very long list. Furthermore, that list of Comments is not a continuous list, but shows comments per the pages on which they appeared, i.e. if one had one comment on page 5, the Comment Summary will show one entry on the pages treating page 5 of the document. Printing therefore entails many many pages.
My question are:
Is it possible to ONLY show the comments (i.e. from the comment boxes) and NOT the highlights, and
Is it possible to show/print the Comments Summary on a continous list, so that they all show on the least number of pages possible.
I have looked but could not find the answers to the above.
Many thanks and best regards
dees
