I have noticed that the compatibility components that enable older Shockwave
content to be played in Shockwave 11 are not downloaded by default, but are
only downloaded when a user encounters older content. Since there is currently
a slim and complete installer, would it be possible for Adobe to release a
further installer that includes the compatibility components too? If this could
be done, it would massively simplify Shockwave deployment in corporate and
educational contexts. We are finding that a huge number of users are
experiencing problems with older content after upgrading to Shockwave 11, as
security restrictions (of various types, some unidentified) prevent the
compatibility update from happening, even though the initial Shockwave install
works seamlessly.

Also, does, or could, the swInstallType parameter have any impact on the
download of the compatibility components?
