Default Compatibility problems of IDCS documents withIDCS2 because of Sonar Bookends InFnote

    I have the following problem:

before I upgraded to IDCS2 I used the demo-version of "Sonar Bookends InFnote" with IDCS once. Now, when I open IDCS2 with any of the documents created form then on with IDCS - no matter if I actually used InFnote in the document - I am asked for the missing plugin "Sonar Bookends InFnote". There is a checkbox "Do not show for these plugins anymore", but when I check it, same thing happens again when I open the document again.
I deleted all files of the plugin on my system. It seems as if the plugin wrote some information in each document created with IDCS.
And: when I say "OK", the document opens regularly, but when I want to save it (apple +S) I am always prompted with the save window instead of saving it automatically.
The only solution I found so far was to create a new IDCS2 document and copy the content from the old to the new. But this is really not very comfortable and quite annoying.

Does anybody have any idea about this problem?
    thanks in advance!

After opening and tellling it to ignore the plug-in, did you try doing a Save as in a new name? Or Export to .inx (in CS2) and open again (in CS2)?

    hello nini,

thanks for your idea, but it only works half way.
Save As in a new name causes the same problem when I open it again.
Export to .inx solves the plugin issue, but causes false image placement in the document.

What I think is strange, is that after having installed a demoversion once, ALL documents ask for this plugin. wouldnt it make sense, that only the documents that use the plugin need it? and telling them to ignore the plugin doesnt work either...
