    Default Complete Newbie: Purchasing Question

I want to make the switch to Coldfusion. All I need to buy is ColdFusion MX7
Standard and install it on my web server? Then, on my local machine that I use
for development, all I need is Dreamweaver MX 2004?

In theory, you don't even need Dreamweaver, you can write your code in any
    text editor.

That's not really practical though. What I really wanted to point out is that
when you buy Dreamweaver, you want the tag support that co-incides the version
of Cold Fusion you get for your server. So, if you buy Cold Fusion Version 7,
ensure you get the upgrade for Dreamweaver MX 2004.

    Or get Dreamweaver Version 8.
