    Default composite control

    Hi

i dont know if this is the correct forum, if not please direct me to the
    correct one...Thanks.

I want to build a composite control (.dll) that will return a value or an
array of values. This is a composite control, like the subject says, that
will be called from an ASPX page. i wish for it to return a string or array
of strings as the result, depending on whether the user selected 1 or more
results that the control came up with. the values would be returned when the
user clicks a button ON the composite control.

    How?

    Thanks alot!

    Default composite control

I've built a composite control which I then put into a
datalist control. When I run my web page I only get one
rendering of my composite controls all of the other items
in the list are the default text from the control. This
is my first attempt at building a composite control so
I'm sure I've missed a step or two, I'd appreciate it if
someone could fill me in on what I'm missing, thanks.

    Default Composite control

    Hi all

I'd like to create a "Navigator" control (dotnet 1.1). What I would like is
for this to contain a collection a NavigatorButton, where the
NavigatorButton can only exist as part of a NavigatorControl.

The NavigatorButton would be a sealed class but have a property ButtonType
which would be an enum of First, Previous, Next, Last, Insert, Delete,
    Refresh, Custom.

Can anyone give me some pointers as to how to achieve this? I've never
written a composite ASP .net control before.

    Thanks

    Pete
