Compress images with Elements?
I have a large tiff file that I want to reduce to a small jpg file. I want
to bring it down to 50-60 kilobite without making the image size too small
as to not be able to view it. I am submitting this for a contest online. It
doesn't seem to allow this. Am I missing something?
