I'm trying to concatenate 2 form elements and place them in one line. Default Re: Concatenate 2 Form variables for email

    Immediately before your <CFMAIL> tag, do the following:

    <CFSET mySubject = Form.APPLICATION & Form.APPLICATION_ENVIRONMENT>

    Then make your subject line read: SUBJECT="#mySubject#"

    BTW, you need double quotes around your CC, FROM and SUBJECT values.
