Re: Configuring Acrobat to be Default reader - NOT Preview??
I had similar problem.
I tried to "Get Info" for PDF file, after I click "Get Info", the "spin" icon just keeps spinning and I have to force re-launch the finder. So I can't change Acrobat as defaust application to open PDF file.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

Re: Configuring Acrobat to be Default reader - NOT Preview??
Does it happen when you get info on all files?
Sounds like it's time for some system maintainence. Try "Repair Disk Permissions" first off.

Re: Configuring Acrobat to be Default reader - NOT Preview??
Thank you for your info.
No, it only happens to PDF files. All other files work fine.
