    I had similar problem.

I tried to "Get Info" for PDF file, after I click "Get Info", the "spin" icon just keeps spinning and I have to force re-launch the finder. So I can't change Acrobat as defaust application to open PDF file.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

Does it happen when you get info on all files?

Sounds like it's time for some system maintainence. Try "Repair Disk Permissions" first off.

    Thank you for your info.

No, it only happens to PDF files. All other files work fine.
