Default Connecting CF to SQL 2K

I have been trying to use CF Administrator to connect to an SQL Server 2000
DB. I keep recieveing the message below. I have read on other posts that I
need to create a user in SQL for the CF Adminstrator however I don't know how
to create that user. Can anyone give me some very specific step by step
directions on how to create a user and use that user in CF Admin to connect to
my SQL DB? I would greatfully appriciate it!!!

Default Re: Connecting CF to SQL 2K

Click Start, go to all programs, go to microsoft sql server, click on
    enterprise manager
    In enterprise manager
expand microsoft sql servers, expand sql server group, expand the sql server
you want to add the user to, expand databases, expand security.
right click logins, select new login
In the new login window, select the radio button sql server authentication,
supply a name and password, select the database access tab and check the
database(s) this user will have access to, then in the bottom window select the
role of this user for this database, for cf access I usually only give public,
db_datareader and db_datawrite then click ok

You have now created the sql server user. Now in the cf admin when you create
a DSN you use this user and the password.
