    Default connecting path ends.

hi all... so, what's happening is, i'll have path that i create, and then i will chop out a section, and want to connect the two loose ends, but i can't figure it out. i know i'm missing something fairly simple, but after starting at this for so long, you just lose sight of the solution... so, it can't hurt to ask here.

    thanks,
    j

Or, if the points are not exactly meeting at the joining point, and you want to avoid creating a line between them,
Ctrl-Alt-Shift-J will average the points (put them in the same spot) and then join them to make one anchor.
