Connecting to phpadmin/mySQL Database with ColdFusionFile

Hello:

The web hosting service I am with provides its own database interface run by
myPhP Admin/MySQL and I cannot seem to connect teh ColdFusion File to the
database.

Here's what I was told to use:
<cfif IsDefined("FORM.EmailAddress")>
<cfquery datasource="$domain_net" password="$db_password"
username="$db_username" name="table_name">
SELECT * FROM tblatsign
WHERE EmailAddress = '#FORM.EmailAddress#'
</cfquery>

And here is the response I get in return, when attempting to submit the form:
Attribute validation error for tag CFINSERT.
The tag does not allow the attribute(s) NAME. The valid attribute(s) are
CONNECTSTRING,DATASOURCE,DBNAME,DBPOOL,DBSERVER,DB TYPE,FORMFIELDS,PASSWORD,PROVI
DER,PROVIDERDSN,TABLENAME,TABLEOWNER,TABLEQUALIFIE R,USERNAME.

Thanks.. I I changed my login information yto prevent hackers from accessing

Maybe without the Dollar-signs?

I was told to use the dollar signs as they have MySQL/phpadmin... the Standard Cold Fusion code here won't work...
