Connecting to server in Dreamweaver

I get the following error when I try to access my folder on the server:

Dreamweaver cannot determine the remote server time. The Select Newer and
Synchronize commands will not be available.

any one knows what this means and how to fix it?

you will need more info then that, how are you trying to connect.

This normally happens when you connect to a remote server using a
different login name from the owner of the files. Unless you need the
select newer and synchronize commands, you can simply ignore it.
