Connecting with Windows Enterprise 2008 server x64
Hi
Has anyone else had trouble connecting via SFTP to a Windows 2008 Enterprise
x64 server (SP1).
We are connecting from XP Pro SP3 using WinSSHD on the server.:brokenheart;
After connecting, when asked to select a folder to work in we receive an error
message:
"An error occurred please contact your administrator".
Then on the next screen:
The administrative settings for http://xxx.com are invalid. To continue
connecting to the website Contribute needs to remove the administrative
settings, including users and roles. Are you sure you want to continue?
If you click "Yes" Contribute crashes and a new instance of the debugger
(Visual Studio 2008) appears. "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in
Contribute.exe [5268]
Note: the server has not been configured for any Contribute sites.
We have two different servers like this and a similar error appears on each -
whether we try to login with Contribute 3, 4 or 5.
