Default connection disable and unable to administer

    Contribute CS3 won't make a connection - I'm getting the error message
"Contribute has disabled your connectin to this website because an unknown
error occurred. For more information contact this website's administrator." I
am the administrator! Or at least should be - when I go to "Administer
Websites" I get the following error message: "You can't administer this website
because we can't connect to your web server. Please check your network
connection." How can I can't check my connection is an administrator has to do
it but I can't administer if there is no connection?!!?!?!?!??!?!??!?!

Default Re: connection disable and unable to administer

Have you tried creating a connection manually in Contribute?

    1. Start Contribute
    2. go to Edit, My Connections,
    3. create a new connection with the proper settings.
