Hello all,

I'm our organization's webmaster and site administrator as relates to
Contribute. When I send a connection key to a user, an error dialog pops up
suggesting that the "permissions group is no longer valid," and directs the
user to acquire another connection key from me. To the best of my knowledge,
the groups are valid (and they're basic and few), I've set up and sent the key
correctly, and the user is attempting to use it and connect correctly. What
gives? Any suggestions?
