    Default Connection Refused (127.0.0.1)

I have previously installed 6.1 on my previous machine and used it a
little. Now I have a new machine and installed with studio a few months
back. Now I have gone to use it and I get a "Connection refused when
connecting to 127.0.0.1." I don't think have accessed the admin even
once since I installed it. I do have MySQL installed. Could that cause a
    conflict with localhost?
