Connection to data source error

Hi,

For the past week I am continually getting disconnected from my data source in
cold fusion, and have to reconnect. But when I go to do that, I get the
following error:

Connection verification failed for data source: chebonta_database
[]java.sql.SQLException: Cannot connect to MySQL server on
thompson.safesecureweb.com:3306. Is there a MySQL server running on the
machine/port you are trying to connect to? (java.net.UnknownHostException)
The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: Cannot connect to MySQL server

Does anyone have advice for how to get this working? The first time it
happened I just restarted my computer and it was fine, but now I can't get
reconnected again. Why does this happen and how can I get it to stop? I
appreciate any help you can give me. Alison
