    Default CONTENT ADVISOR PASSWORD RESET

Some idiot set up a supervisor password in content advisor
on my friend's XP Home PC. She does not know the password
nor does she know who set it up. She cannot visit most
sites, including Windows.com. Is there a way around that
    without re-installing the operating system?
