Content Startup problems
:confused;
Hi, I am completely unfamiliar with Content (just a humble IT tech) and I
could seriously use a little help with this..
I have one user that uses Content, but as of yesterday when she is logged into
her (XP based) system content won't start - it gives no errors or anything, it
just crashes out. If I log on as any other user Content starts perfectly. This
gives me two questions...
1) is there any way of accessing a users saved pages if I am logged on as
someone else (I need to backup work)
2) does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem
Being unfamiliar with content I am unsure how data (saved pages) are stored,
however it seems to me that content may save individual users data somewhere in
a single file? If so, where is this file stored and what is it called. Also
what happens if a single users data becomes corrupt? could this be causing the
startup problem ? is there anyway of recovering it?
Any and all help on this would be appreciated :-D
