Contribute 3.11 crashing during .mac site editing

Hi- Whenever I've tried to use Contribute 3.11 with OSX 10.4.3 to create an
editable version of a page from my Homepage site, it jams up, then crashes. It
gets as far as "Creating a draft of this page", then, spin&crash.

Never had this problem with earlier versions of Contribute or OSX. Contribute
was generally pretty reliable for me in the past. I'm hoping it's a settings
issue, but not real clear on what settings might need to be changed. Any ideas?
I'd really like to be able to keep using Contribute :)

I've also posted this same report on the Apple .mac forums, their first
suggestion being, of course, to try posting it here as well.
Any ideas?

I have used Contribute 3.11 with OS X 10.4.3 and i had no issues.

1. Can you let me know the connection type you are using?
2. Is this happening with only specific connection type?
3. Can you create a connection to a fresh blank site and check if it behaves
the same? This is just to ensure if Contribute has left out some thing that
needs to be removed?

I have the exact same problem. I only have the trial version installed now, but
that is my concern and why I haven't purchased the full version yet. I don't
want to buy Contribute if it's going to keep crashing - it makes me nervous to
think that I might lose some of the work I did because it crashes when I go
back and forth between editing and uploading into .Mac!

I've also reported it to Apple - if you received any ideas, I'd appreciate it
if you would share - THANKS!

I solved my problem by trashing my copy of 3.11 (which was upgraded from the
earlier 2.0 version that had been available through .mac) and purchasing and
installing a fresh copy of 3.11 from Macromedia. Which is a solution of a sort,
at least, I haven't had any problems with the new copy of the application.
