Contribute 3 and Real Estate Sites

Can Contribute 3 (and nothing else) be used by non-technical folks to update
image gallery sites and real estate sites? The Macromedia pre-sales staff
suggested that this question be posted here in order to obtain references to
one or two real live example websites that are updated/maintained with
Contribute.

I don't have a site to show you but I would say yes, and it all depends
on how the site designer constructs the pages and the quality of
training that you give your users.
If the template is laid out with fixed regions and you limit the image
dimensions / sizes for the role you will be able to accomplish your
goal.
