Apologies for sounding dim but I'm not a technical person I'm simply looking at
this product as a possible solution and need to know if it intergates anyway
with FrontPage.
Could you expand on your answer please?

How about I contract on it. The answer is YES.
HOWEVER, Contribute relies on FTP for getting its files up to the server and
down to the editor. Using FTP on FrontPage sites can cause the site to
"break" IF the site is using features in FP that interact with server side
components. You would need to be very careful about deciding to use
Contribute in such an environment - and definitely you would need to involve
a technical person.
