Default Contribute 3 to CS3 upgrade

    Hi

I own a copy of Creative Suite Desing Premium CS3 for Mac witch I bougth as an
upgade of my old Macromedia Studio 8. I choose upgrading to the Design Premium
so I can use InDesign. On the other hand I miss the upgrades for Contribute
and Fireworks included in my Studio 8 suit.

I dont care much about Fireworks since I own Photoshop, but Contribute upgrade
is something I really like to have.

Would it be OK to buy just the upgrade licence for Contribute CS3 or it can be
done and I need to buy the full licence?

    Hi chiste,
We appreciate your loyalty to Contribute. Unfortunately you cannot upgrade to
Contribute CS3 from Macromedia Studio 8. You would need to buy the full license.

I have to say, this is pretty crummy. I tried to upgrade my software, too. I
own studio 8, cs1, cs2 and now cs3 design premium, which doesn't include
    contribute.

I spent over an hour with customer service only to be told the same thing. I
didn't see the info on the site, and there is no trial version available for
    mac users.

I've put in a case on friday to reverse the charges and still haven't heard
back. Customer service is really lacking at Adobe. I left Quark for this very
reason. Their customer service was the worst and now Adobe seems to be going in
    the same direction.
