Contribute 4 Mac OS X 10.4.9
Hi,
I hope my client isn't the only one experiencing this problem. They have a
nice shiny new Macbook Pro running OS X 10.4.9 (latest). They installed
Contribute 4 successfully (no errors). When they click on their connection key
and start the program, it appears to load OK and show their web connection, but
then a blank dialog box opens with nothing but an "OK" button in it. They can't
get past this point.
Interestingly, th same software run OK on their old Macbook which was running
OS X 10.4.8. Is anyone else seeing this problem? Is there a known issue with
Contribute 4 and OS X 10.4.9?
Thanks for any input!

Re: Contribute 4 Mac OS X 10.4.9
I haven't seen that problem, and I'm also on a MacBook Pro, OS X 10.4.9. Sorry I can't help more than that, but at least it can be said it's not a "standard" bug or something.

Re: Contribute 4 Mac OS X 10.4.9
Hi Thressh,
Thanks, that's a start and tells me this may be a problem with a source other than the software.
