Contribute and ColdFusion
I use a ColdFusion generated header, left-side navigation bar and footer in a
Dreamweaver (MX 2004) template built for Contribute (3.1). A user can go in,
and create a new page built on the template, but when its pulished, we get an
"unknown error occurred in the Contribute file state manager" error. Click
cancel and the page renders fine. However, it will be noted on the top of the
page that "You can't edit this page because it wasn't found on the website or
it is a directory listing." The edit button is also grayed out at this point.
If you hit refresh, the note goes away and the edit button becomes ungreyed.
Any way to fix this?
Thanks!

Re: Contribute and ColdFusion
I'm having this exact same problem. However, I've also noticed that a ".LCK"
file is created server side when a user tries to create a new page from a
template. How do we fix this?

Re: Contribute and ColdFusion
Having the exact same problem. And have also noticed the *.LCK file as well.
This issue does not occur using version 2.01. But other problems are occuring
with version 2.01.
Has anyone received a response from a Macromedia technician on this issue ?

Re: Contribute and ColdFusion
I am also having this problem with all pages created based on a Dreamweaver
template using ColdFusion. New blank pages do not have the error. I only see
the ".lck" file created intermittently. Was this ever resolved for any of you?
I tried recreating the connection (as suggested in a different post) but had
no success.
