Contribute closes when I publish
Hello,
Every single time I edit and page and then publish, Contribute closes down
completely! Anyone else have this problem? I haven't used it for a while and
wanted to refresh my memory to teach a new client. But now I'm worried that I
got her to buy this!
thanks
Mary

Re: Contribute closes when I publish
What a great forum this is. Good thing I just went ahead and worked it out myself! I uninstalled and then re-installed the program and it seems to be working. In case anyone cares

Re: Contribute closes when I publish
I agree that this forum is somewhat disappointing, with the lack of official
support responses, especially as this appears to the be official method for
support from Adobe, other than paying for each issue you face.
Personally I do try to help if/where I can, but as a new user myself it's not
easy. I would have responded to your initial question, but I feel that most
people tend not to read posts with one replies, and I'd rather not hamper your
success in getting a good response by simply posting that I don't know how to
help.
Maybe I'm being overly causious, but I suspect others don't reply for similar
reasons.
anyway, glad you managed to find a solution.. I guess the "if in doubt,
reinstall" approach remains the best, eh?
