Contribute CS3 seems to change some code? - Macromedia Contribute General Discussion

I'm new to Contribute and am performing some testing before coaching a client through the process. I have just edited a page on a test site and when I publish the changes, Contribute seems to have converted some Google ytics code that I have placed at the bottom of the page creating a small bit of visible code on the page and possibly affecting it's function. Any ideas about what's going on here? (http://salessolutionsusa.com/dev/)...
