Contribute error: This draft is no longer available forreview
Hello,
I'm evaluating Contribute 3.1 and CPS 1.1 for a possible deployment in our
organization. We're operating the demo versions of the software in a beta test
program with several users.
We've hit a major problem with one of the core features.
Whenever one user sends a draft to another user the person who reviews the
draft can look at it but can not publsih it, edit it, or 'send for review' back
to the original editor.
The error message that is presented is:
"This draft is no longer available for review. The administrator might have
sent the draft to another user, or deleted it"
The administrator has not done this. Any help or clues on how to stop this
error and allow users to properly exchange and review drafts would be much
appreciated.

Re: Contribute error: This draft is no longer availablefor review
Your user who sends the page for review....
What do they do to the page after sending it for review (do the publish it)?
is this other user in the same role?

Re: Contribute error: This draft is no longer availablefor review
The user who sends the page for review does nothing with the draft. They go
back to the browser and leave contribute running on their computer, but don't
touch it.
The users are not in the same role. Should this make a difference?
I want to emphasize that this is not happening for a particular user. It is
happening for EVERY user (6) we have tested the demo version of Contribute
with. They're all running 3.1 and they're all connecting to CPS v1.1
Essentially, we have not been able to utilize what we consider the core useful
feature of the software.

Re: Contribute error: This draft is no longer availablefor review
I've been having the same problem. No one can send for review. We keep getting that same error message. Is there a solution?

Re: Contribute error: This draft is no longer availablefor review
One thing I might suggest in this situation is to run a performance log and see
if there are any errors while doing a send for review.
Check out this TechNote on the Macromedia/Adobe site for details about running
this log.
