Maybe reinstalling will do the trick. I am starting to think CS3 is not a real stable product alas. I reinstalled CS3 twice with similar strange errors and it worked for me...

Hi,
Can you try renaming the PSAPI.DLL that is residing in your {<Drive>:\Program
Files\...\Contribute xx\Configuration\} Folder and relaunch Contribute.
