Contribute Failing to Launch Groupwise

I have a client that is using Contribute to maintain a site that I built for
them. They use Groupwise for their email client. One user (on a Windows 2000
machine) is having trouble. Whenever they go to send a draft, Contribute fails
to launch Groupwise, however their web browser finds it and launches it when
email links are pressed. Doesn't Contribute simply launch the system's default
email app?

Is there a way I can tell Contribute what email client to use? Or is there
another way to resolve this?

I cannot use GroupWise with Contribute 2 or 3 when sending keys - I have to
use Outlook Express :o. Using GW stalls Contribute.

Whatever's set as default E-mail in IE seems to be what CT uses.

I'm having a related problem with one of our clients. She uses AOL; on her
system, when I trained her, Contribute launched Outlook Express (which is fine,
as long as the messages get sent we didn't care). But now it's not launching
anything.

I've asked her to try making sure that OE is launched before she tries to send
drafts. No word back yet, but I regard that as a long shot.
